CERTIFIED TASTE
Food is the strongest point of this guest house. Not only do the guests, who keep coming back, agree, but so does  Agri@tour, the most important Italian Country Guesthouse Fair and Local Amenities, where Casa Fabbrini won third prize amongst 20,000 other country guesthouses in the 2007 Country Guesthouse Cooking Championship.

A FAMILY OF CHEFS
Paola and Giorgio Fabbrini
are a couple of chefs with a passion for cooking. Their dishes are different, but good in the same unrestrained way. Paola, a contemporary woman, cooks like mothers used to, like good ones did of course, with the same love and natural simplicity. Giorgio, a pediatric surgeon at the Bambin Gesù Hospital in Rome for more than thirty years, has a zest for the finer elements of high cuisine: a very creative and knowledgeable and a real epicurean at the same time, he only cooks his own recipes, because through constant variation and improvement, he takes ownership of traditional ones too. Both of them place the utmost care in their cuisine and only use the best quality ingredients, most of which come from the land surrounding Casa Fabbrini: the oil from the olive tree grove, the  fruit jam from the orchard, the vegetables from the kitchen garden.

TRADITIONAL ITALIAN COOKING COURSES
Paola and Giorgio share their culinary art with those who would like to learn how to  cook and aspire to maximum taste and maximum simplicity. Discover the Casa Fabbrini Traditional Italian Cooking Courses: five days spent kneading, cooking and eating surrounded by nature, whether you stay over at the guest house or not, with a choice of four different programs depending on the time of the year. Because cuisine, when it's natural, it follows the seasons.
